The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is an energy-saving cone crusher developed by our company on the basis of the introduction of advanced technology. It integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, and intelligent control technologies. The cavity type of the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts a modular design and has a variety of crushing cavity types. The conversion from coarse crushing to fine crushing can be realized by replacing some parts. The optimized crushing cavity has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption and uniform product size. By selecting the appropriate crushing cavity type and eccentricity, the production requirements of customers can be met to a greater extent, and high output can be achieved. In the case of full-load feeding, it can realize lamination crushing, so that the product has better particle shape and more cubic particles. Compared with other equipment, it is more suitable for crushing hard rock, and its production capacity is 15%-20% higher than that of other cone crushers of the same specification.
