on september 15, the crushing and sand making production plant ordered by customer from hubei was delivered. main equipment includes vibrating feeder, impact crusher, sand making machine, and vibrating screen. the designed output is 100-120 tons per hour of aggregates and sand.

this customer undertook a section of the expressway project, mainly to supply materials to the project department. in order to ensure that the finished products can reach the quality of high-speed materials, our company designed a crushing production plant of impact crusher and sand making machine for the customer. while saving investment costs for customer, it also guarantees the output quality.

raw material is limestone, and the feeding size is below 300mm. therefore, our engineer chooses a large-opening impact crusher for the customer. the crushed materials after impact crusher are shaped and processed to sand by a sand making machine, and finally screened out different products by vibrating screen. they are conveyed to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor.
